use vicks vaporub - works amazingly.. rub some on ur nose.. also.. boil water and add it to a small plastic container.. add a little vicks vaporub to it and sit in your bed with your blanket over you and inhale the steam! works wonders.. do it at night before you sleep.. your nose shud be unblocked by the morning.. also after your done steaming.. try and get someone to take the container from you.. try not to get out of the blanket for the night.. hope u feel better lady!

I know how u feel. I hate blocked nose too and cannot sleep. My solution is either i sleep with my mouth open lol or if i'm awake i dont lie down. for some reason my nose only gets blocked when i lie down.
but try steam. tat always works.
omg this is exactly whay happens to me when i get hayfever, i never thought of steam i usually used a nose spray prescribed it didnt really do much thou
