Blockbuster Film

The film in question is The Spy who Shagged Me

I think that’s what it is called.

Can anybody tell me what this means? Is it an American term?

What does it mean?

What’s the film about?

Is it good/bad?

I look forward to your replies.

it mean that "the spy who had sex with me"
The word shagged is a fancy word for that.
You see the spy act like playboy in that movie!!
Is not strange that the movie was a blockbuster.
The spy want some information, he get by shagging girls!!

MR XTREME ... you reall don't know??? :)

anyway ... Shaista explained the meanings VERY CLEARLY ......

As for the movie itself, i think it was ok.
I mean it was funny, it wasn't THAT DIRTY and the little MIDGET (DR.EVIL's partner) was hilarious. WATCH IT, YOU WILL LIKE IT.

The Film was hilarious, really funny!!

Oooops! sorry, wrong post ...
Have better things to do than watching movies and anyway, its not sunday yet! I think I have to wait till I watch that movie and give some comments ;)

This term "shagged" is a new one to me. Are there any alternative expressions that could be used in it's place that would be more instantly recognisable? Like fu - fu - fu - fur example, loved? (Sorry about that, sudden attack of the "stutters").

Or is there already a film called the spy who loved me? Perhaps that's why shagged was used instead?

Xtreme, there is already a James Bond movie (with Roger Moore) The Spy who loved me.

The name and term, shag, was intended to represent parody of it along with the reflection of the theme of Austin Powers series/sequel. Because Austin Powers is a British spy and who was frozen in 60s so that he can counter Dr. Evil in present times when he reapears (you have to watch the movie to get when I am saying).

There are many 60's British terms/expression that are used in both Austin Powers movie and it's the part of plot theme for these series.

Roman, thanks for the info. Generally then, the message I am getting is don't judge a book by it's cover. Would that be a fair assessment?

Yep, xtreme!

i did not like that movie............was borring and
