usually it happens during menstruation. if its constant with you, u shud chk with a doc.
i have heard that limited intake of salt helps also green tea to flush out the toxins from your body.

Take a walk, drink peppermint tea. Use trial and error, check what you may have eaten that's causing it. For some, it's things like milk, coffee, wheat. Or check with your doc, you may be intolerant to something eg lactose, gluten etc

eat less, eat less gas producing food like daals, drink flat pop, walk around.

yah, i feel it somtimes and it's such a horrible feeling. Do you know the exercise 'bridging'?..do that exercise about 10-15 times while taking deep breaths, it will really help with the bloating.

If you experience this regularly....then maybe take a look at your diet. Certain foods (and even food combinations) can cause bloating. When we break fast...we tend to overstuff ourselves in a short amount of time...and that can be problematic. Space out your meals and keep yourself well-hydrated. Maybe take some medicine for bloating. You could try eating a bit of ginger...it's said to alleviate stomach problems. You could also try placing a hot water bottle. If it persists, then see a doctor.

Many reasons.
Lactose intolerance is not so uncommon and can be temporary.
Eat simple diet first.
See if milk/dairy product, gluten are the culprits.
In anxiety, some people eat air not knowingly (aerophagia) and then bloated feeling occurs.

i was going through this for awhile during the last month due to stress, what helped me the most is eating lots of watermelon and cantaloupe. Eat this when you feel like eating a snack and after your meals... it has a really good debloating effect =)
