I know there is a huge Vitamin C thread running, but still, any other remedies for blemishes? I’m not talking about acne, but about scars.
Re: Blemishes
i cannot say 100% .. but before i was going to get married, i included neem/haldi facewash and night cream in my regimen for a month. and since that were new products in comparison to what i'd been using .. i would assume they were responsible for clearing my skin out ...
don't know why i stopped using them ... but now i've started using it again ... it just makes my skin feel very clean, but not dry and itchy. i have acne prone skin (my cheeks especially) .. and some old marks ... i am hoping this product would help with combating acne and the itching. of course neem/haldi are also good with fighting bacteria ...

Scars are the tiny pits or wholes that acne leaves behind. Microdermabrasion and chemical peel sessions can diminish their appearance. You can even try applying Mederma....some people have found it to be helpful for acne scars as well.
Re: Blemishes
Two types of scars are left by acne.. blemishes and 'pock' marks. Blemishes can be faded with glycolic peels and microderm sessions like rv mentioned. The pitted-marks are hard though and require laser resurfacing.
