How to get rid of them…someone help please…any face wash? saabun? creme/gel? etc etc yada yada…something that really works my face is filled with blemishes these days

there is tons you can do:
1. get a facewash with 2% salicylic acid in it. it will help exfoliate your skin by loosening the upper layers of dead skin cells and clear it of pore clogging oils and dirt.
try not to touch your face through out the day,,,to avoid getting more pimples
start wearing a strong SPF sunscreen. UV rays darken blemishes, so you want to avoid it as much as possible
contact a dermatologist, he might prescribe a topical ointment like Retin-A, Tazorac or Differen gel....all of which i've tried and all of which are WONDERFUL to get rid of acne blemishes...
avoid overwashing and overdrying your skin. washing your face 2 times a day is enough, once in the morning and once before bedtime.

salicylic acid renews the skin, therefore is great for removing blemishes

its a WONDERFUL thing!! when used on a daily basis it helps slough off dead skin cells and reveals fresher looking skin. it also aids in preventing pimples from forming.

Garnier PureActive is pretty good (blue packaging) but don't know if available in Pak..

neutrogena, biore and clean and clear have great face washes with 2%
