normal skin bleach we do to golden our hairr…is it safe bleaching oftenly ..can it cause any skin infection or god forbid skin cancer ..
i have very very soft hairs around neck so i bleach them …

I bleach every 3-4 week. I use sally hansen with aleo vera. its fast and barely burns or irritates my skin. obviously its chemicals so will have some kind of effect to the skin but thread or wax is not an option for my face since my skin stays red forever and I breakout. I might consider laser in the future when I can easily afford it :D
