Blasts kill four in India's Assam

**At least four people have been killed in at least two bomb blasts in the north-eastern Indian state of Assam.**The explosions happened in the town of Nalbari, about 70 km (43 miles) from the state capital, Guwahati.

Police said the devices had been placed in a bicycle. At least 10 other people were hurt, reports said.

The police reportedly suspect separatist militants from the United Liberation Front of Assam (Ulfa) carried out the blasts.
