FBI doesn’t report to you. They said that they will read him his Miranda rights after they are sure that not other cells and bombs aren’t around since a lawyer would advise him not to talk. i have also read that evidence gathered pre-Miranda can’t be used against him in a court trial. This is how they proceeded with the underwear bomber as well and the supreme court has ruled in favor of it.
