Blasts at 11 Shell filling stations in Karachi

KARACHI: Bomb blasts reported at 11 oil filling stations of the city Thursday morning.
A man was injured in blasts when devices went off, which were kept in dustbins in all 11 Shell oil filling stations in the city. No loss of lives or property reported.
Two men on a motorcycle came to filling stations. They got filled petrol and hide a small device in the dustbin near the pump unit, workers of filling stations said. Bombs went off with four to six minutes gap.
These were fire crackers with timed devices fixed on them which caused
explosions with a gap of five to 10 minutes at Shell petrol pumps in different parts of the city, IG Sindh Police Syed Kamal Shah said.
Blasts occurred at the filling stations of North Nazimabad block A, block B, Karimabad, Nazimabad-IV, Gulshan Iqbal, Bait-ul-Mukarram Masjid, Suhrab Goth at Super Highway, Governor House, near Jinnah Hospital, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Sea Breeze Plaza and near Sultan Masjid in Gizrri.

Don;t give them any ideas..they might as well start that..after all most of the medicines in Pakistani pharmacies are made by their "enemies". waise bhi as a matter of principle, if one is going to bycott Mcdonalds and Shell, he should also bycott Merck, Bristol and Mayers, J&J etc etc.:-)

Blasts at 21 British, U.S. Gas Stations in Pakistan: KARACHI , May 15: Small bombs exploded at 19 Shell petrol stations and two belonging to Caltex in Karachi today. Shell Pakistan, owned by Anglo Dutch giant Royal Dutch/Shell Group, said one customer, three station attendants and a security guard received minor injuries in the attacks. Police said 19 Shell stations and two belonging to Caltex Pakistan, a subsidiary of U.S. giant Caltex, were hit. They said the small devices were packed into boxes placed in garbage bins and appeared aimed to scare. Shell Pakistan said it was “shocked and concerned” by the attacks and had taken steps to tighten security at its facilities. Police said security had been tightened at all foreign business interests in Karachi. Kashif Jalal, an official of the police Bomb Disposal Squad, said the explosions were caused by time bombs, each weighing about 0.4 pounds. RAW dunn need to do jack, we have plenty of homegrown idiots in Pakistan who will do more to destabilize Pakistan and create havoc than RAW would even want to. Afterall a destabilized Pakistan is as bad for India as a destabilized afghanistan is for Pakistan.

It would be stupid to say that RAW does nothing in Pakistan... However, the pattern of this attack suggests its a move of desperation, and aimed at a foriegn company in Pakistan... So its gotta be those fundos...
