charar e sharif was a big deal when it happened, i remember the newspapers and magazines in india were full of it. seems like such a long time ago. if this is the same major mast gul, isi has truly lost control over its own deadly prodigies.

Mast Gul is not a common name, and many Kashmiri militant groups have joined hands with Taliban therefore I am sure this would be him. It’s a mess between 50 to 100 groups call themselves taleban, not a cohesive group.
