why take them alive... we already know who they are. these are super stealth taliban fighters who dont appear on radar. each of them lost a family member as a result of drone attack and after that decided that they were weak and wanted to fight oppressor.

Just as in the case of Osama, everything comes back to us. It's not so much as what they are doing, the question is what exactly our intelligence agencies are doing? Why they always learn about a terror attack through Geo only?
We proudly claim that "we have broken their backbones". Now imagine what they are capable of doing with broken backbones.

Thats so true. A ridiculous amount of budget (almost 98%) is allocated to these agencies and what they end up with? Who ever wants can come in and do wutever and whereever they want. And the funny thing is that they even dont realize or accept that its a security lapse as we can see here that the navy spokesman declined to admit that its a lapse or the interior minister said that the intelligence personnel cannot stand on every corner. This is so stupid. Right now the whole country is so insecure. It started from normal people, than celebrities or politicians and now its the army bases. What else is left?

so Marriott Hotel bombing was also revenge for Osama I guess. Attack on police academy and Sri Lankan team was also for that very reason. oh and I forgot the 2002 truck-laden bomb was also for Osama's revenge.

Every thing happening is just bcoz of a very very poor inteligence our Security is proved failed, they even not yet wana putting in their minds that how much serious is all this un rest. from ISI to Police and other related security agencies still sleeping, they( guess whoever ) first was knocking and now breaking doors and playing their nasty dirty games. just shme on our security.

Kiyani, Pasha, Rehman Malik, Zardari and Gillani have lots of explanation to do!!! if it is beyond their capability to protect the assets of Pakistan, then they should resign and let anyone take care of it, but as it is been discussed again and again these bunch of bay-ghairat and gay-leadership won't be resigning nor they will take any measures ( such as attacking the base of these terrorists be it in Afghanistan or somewhere in Pakistan) so such attacks will happen again, when and where will be decided by the terrorists... meantime, these bunch will be drunk and would be attending parties

Pakistan should attack north waziristan to put an end to the taliban. Mughals subdued the area the same way and peace came. However there needs to 'Mughal' style policy of no prisoners taken. You can't do a job half-way and expect the talibans to comply.

Like many other incidents, such as attack on GHQ, Police training center, FC training center this attack will be forgotten... it is possible that somebody in the high ranks might have not got his commission on Orion plane so he got it destroyed and now Pakistan have to buy new one... and commission amount would be doubled... with Zardari, Pasha, Kiyani and Gillani on top anything is possible

That won't solve anything, because then we'll be asking the same leadership to attack south punjab then Karachi then quetta then lahore... we need to change the leadership... it is now evident that enemy is determined to destroy us and our army and political leadership is enjoying their glass of wine!!! saying that they have broken the back-bone of these terrorists...
Till this leadership is there, Pakistanies are not going to trust any success news... this leadership has so far by large failed to protect anything any where..

Attacking North Waziristan won't help. We need a strategy that will work throughout the country, it needs to be urgent and effective in long run too. Our Military is quite capable of making one and bringing it to the government, the only issue is that they have no will. And when there is no will, you will always come out with an excuse.
