He Claims himself as direct decendant of Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h) and Mazhar of Allah=Allah and Imam of Aga Khani pseudo Batini sect (CULT).
He and his followers are not Muslims rather ahead of Qadianis.
Aga Khan-IV and his Mushrik followers do not offer five times canonical Prayers, (�Namaz� which is performed at the same time at Holy Mecca and simultaneously in all the Mosques of the world).
Aga Khan-IV and his Mushrik followers do not observe �Fasts� (Roza) for one month during the holy month of Ramadan.
Aga Khan-IV and his Mushrik followers do not perform Pilgrimage (Visit to Holy places of Mecca=�Hajj�).
Aga Khan-IV and his Mushrik followers do not believe in distribution of mandatory (�Zakat�) amongst the deserving people? Rather on the contrary under the garb of their self styled cult, fill coffers of Aga Khan-IV and his appointees through extortion of various types of religious taxes against the teachings of Holy Qur’an.
Aga Khan-IV and his Mushrik followers have also tampered various verses/Ayahs of Holy Qur’an at their own to attract their ulterior motives and keep on extorting money from followers for Aga Khan-IV, his appointees and the group of touts which Aga Khan-IV has secretly set up under the garb of ismailism to do away with the islamic injunctions and Shariah tricks.
Aga Khan-IV through his deep affiliation with Jews, Freemasonry and Zionists, have got himself and his community protected through the respective governments’ heads to obey him and his cunning appointees.
Aga Khani Jamatkhanas are also never facing Qibla.
Aga Khani Jamatkhanas do have the system for a call (Azaan) for Prayers.
Aga Khan-IV is also the party to Great Declaration of abrogation of �Shariat-e-Muhammadi� (p.b.u.h) known as �The Great Resurrection� which was made in the fortress of Alamut, on the nineteenth of the holy month of Ramadhan, 559 A.H (10th of August 1164) on the occasion of anniversary of the murder of Hazrat �Ali ibn Talib� by virtue of which Mowla�na Imam Hassan Ala Zikrihis Salaam had made the declaration of �Youm-el-Qiya�ma� the Day of Resurrection in the following words in presence of thousands upon thousands of Ismailis who had come from all corners of the world to attend this important day of resurrection of their so-called pseudo holy faith? : - �Today I have explained to you the Law [Shari� at] and its meaning. I make you free from the rigidity of the Law and resurrect you from the bondage of the letter to the freedom of the spirit of the Law. Obey me and follow my Farman. Give up all your misunderstanding and be united. Lead a virtuous life to be free from the fear of the Day of Judgement. Union with God, in reality, is the resurrection. Break your fast and rejoice. This is the day of utmost happiness and gratitude.� Quoted in famous Historical Book of Abualy namely �A BRIEF HISTORY OF ISMAILISM� at Page 73.
CONTROVERSY:
�In the history of Assassins (Ismailis of Alamut), the historical Declaration of Qiyama _ �The Great Resurrection� _ made by Hassan, the Qaimul Qiyama (Bringer of the Resurrection), has been recorded by Ismaili as well as non-Ismaili sources, as a most significant event in the history. It marked the end of time, lifting of the veil of concealment and abrogation of the Religious Laws - the Islamic Shari�a. In the middle of the day, in the middle of the holy month of Islamic fasting, Hassan, the Bringer of the Resurrection, standing on a pulpit facing the congregants, with their backs toward Mecca, ordered breaking of the fast and joining with him in the afternoon banquet, drinking of wine and merry-making. Hassan had invited Ismailis from the neighboring fortresses into the courtyard of the Alamut for this special occasion. Professor Peter Lamborn Wilson writes: �Alamut broke its fast forever and proclaimed perpetual holiday� (Scandal�, page 39).
This tradition still exists amongst Ismailis. They do enjoy the freedom from fasting, during the month declared for fasting by Allah (swt), in the Qur�an. In the past, the 11sth Imam �Mahdi� had abolished �Hajj� during his Imamat. This time, the Lord of the Resurrection, Hassan; abolished the entire Laws of Shari�a. This abolition of Shari�a and institution of Qiyama is the base of esoterism (Batiniyat) of Ismailism.
Here are a few important questions, to which any believing Muslim would like to have answers. Did Prophet Muhammad (s.a.s.)possess an authority to revoke, substitute or abrogate permanently the God given Qur�anic Laws, especially of Hajj (Qur’an.3/97)and of Fasting (Q.2/183)? Could the Prophet have authorized his representative (Ali) to do so? Does the Qur�an authorize anyone to substitute, revoke or abrogate the Qur�anic Laws, especially the Five Pillars of Islam? The text of the historical Declaration reads �I make you free�. Who is �I�? It is immaterial whether HASAN made the Declaration as a descendant of Nizar or descendant of Buzur-gumid. Whether he made the Declaration as an Imam or as a representative of a hidden Imam (as most of the historians have recorded), the question is who gave or wherefrom �I� got the authority to liberate and set free Ismailis from the rigidity of the Law. Anyone who blindly obeys such a Declaration and consider himself or herself as �FREE� and then behaves as an �Unbound Muslim� without knowing answers to the above questions and without verifying the authority and authenticity of the �I�, is certainly treading a path which could lead him or her to a place where no Muslim (one who submits to Allah) would like to be on the Day of Judgment. �I� had not only equated himself with the Revealer of the Qur�an but had superseded Him by rescinding His Laws (Nauzbillah). Think for a moment, should a true Muslim be obeying al-Mahdi (the 11th Imam), or al-Mu�id (the 23rd Imam) or al-Hasib (the One Who takes account of everything)?

Is this not an unassailable fact that religious songs (�Ginans�) are being taught in Agakhani Jamatkhanas in lieu of Holy Qur�an and the Ginans are being given preference over Holy Qur�an and Holy Qur�an is treated as an obsolete, outdated and dump Book of 1400 years old (Naoozobillah)? Is this also not an unassailable fact that in the case of Haji Bibi in the Bombay High Court in the year 1905 which was being adjudicated by Mr. Justice Russell, duly reported in Bombay Law Report (1908, Volume 11), Aga Khan-III had passed following remarks before the court which is quoted hereunder as an Abstract taken from the most popular book under the title �An Appeal to Mr. Ali Solomon Khan son of H. H. The Aga Khan written by Karim Goolamali and published by Waterlow & Sons, Printers, Birchin Lane and London Wall in the year 1864 wherein on page No. 84-85, it has been conspicuously revealed as under?: -
QUOTE: �As regards the Holy Qur’an, your highness cannot deny that in the �Haji Bibi Case� witnesses produced on behalf of your highness from among your followers abjured the Holy Qur’an and deposed that they had nothing to do with it. Besides, your highness has yourself enjoined on your followers to devoutly follow Pir Sadrudin�s Ginans (that is the recitation of one of the old missionaries), which clearly point out to your followers that the Qur’an is not meant for them. There is also the Farman by your highness to your followers some years ago to the effect that the present Qur’an is not genuine and that if your highness were to compose one it would take you about six years to do so.� UNQUOTE:
Aga Khan-IV in lineage claims that he is the only divine authority on this earth to give salvation, dissipate sins and decide to whom to be put in heaven or hell.
Extremity of Blasphemy is covered by Ismaili Anthem reading as under (English Translation) formulated and deviced by Aga Khan himself.

All religious and mystic disciples (followers) are your slaves,
Greet you salutations with heads down and bowed before you.
In the Court Judgement of Qadianis, the Blasphemy was at a lower side in comparision to the Blasphemy by Aga Khan and his pseudo mushrik followers and hence a parallel case on the pattern of declaring Qadianis as Not Muslim is to be filed in Shariat court for declaring Aga Khan and his Cult as Non Muslim and unislamic as No.1 and the case of Qadianis be listed at S. No.2. being of low intensity in comparision of Aga Khani cult.
