Exercises like Adra mentioned are great. And you may want to check for kidney infections. Call your primary care.

Do you trickle when you sneeze?? That is a sign of a weak bladder.
If you dont then probably there is another reason for your constant need to pee.

Its called incontinence. There are two common types of incontinence, stresss and urge. In urge incontinence the brain sents signals to the bladder, the bladder then contracts often before it is full.
Tea, coffee, citrus fruit juices cause your bladder to fill up quicker than usual, so you may want to avoid them. Secondly if you can avoid thinking about going to toilet and occupy your mind this can help as well.
