These kind of Mercenary Armies are a very dangerous aspect as they are highly trained and equipped and can prove decisive in small countries where war lords or terrorists could hire them to help them against some regime.

I don't think this author is exposing these people. I think he is publicising them, under the guise of exposing so accountability is not shifted his way. The mouthpiece of fuelling the fear. Just like a few other people who have been releasing information like this to the media.
