i am having a hard time finding my pictures on my media files. i searched a lot of BB forums to figure out but no use. The pictures seem to be hidden, which i dont know how it happened.???
i have been doing this,
go to media>
go to pictures>explore
now at this point all forums tell me to look for the ’ show hidden’ option . but all i am getting is ‘hide’ as if they are not already hidden. ** ARGH**,
What Do I DO??? some pictures need to be retrieved for my daughters assignment.
connect it to your computer and see if you can retrieve the pics through USB, I have Curve and I can see my pics so dont know what is the problem.
O, are you saving it on your media card? Please check in Options> Media card > Options that your media card encryption is off. I am not sure it that should be the problem but it could be
TLK, my phone is a hand-me-down. the only wire i have is the charger. i tried everything all day dont know what else to do. nothing is coming up as hidden at all. my ringtones and music is still there. i checked encryption thing and the message basically said that* if you touch the setting you loose all the files *. I chose not to mess with that. thnx though.
dont know what the issue was had to take it to ATT, even they couldnt figure it out and recommemnded to keep it turned off and after a while it will come back to its settings. i had it off for 3 days and now everything is back on.
^ Something to do with some volatile memory going corrupt I bet... Try getting that phone changed before it craps out again, i.e. if its still under warranty.
