Well thats the big news in cricket world rightnow. As some of you heard, Australian fast bowler Glenn Mcgrath is accused of calling Srilankan captain, Sanath Jayasuriya a “Black Monkey.” Even though it happened 5 years ago when Srlanka toured Australia, former Srilankan cricketer Roshan Mahanama just mentioned in his upcoming book.
For the record Mahanama was not even playing that match and was not on the field either.
So what do you guys think, did Mcgrath call him a Black Monkey. I think its a false rumor spread by Mahanama.
I would rather expect other players like Shane Warne, Mark waugh, and Micheal Bevan call him that but not Mcgrath.
Why not McGrath? .. did u ever see him on the filed .. he lashes his tongue at the opposition .. and I am not surprised at all Australians and South Africans do use lot of abusive language on the field at will and by planning.. and I am pretty sure that they use racial slurs as well .. ICC , Australians, South Africans and England have a very biased view of the sub-continent … how is cricket in sub-continent described by White boys?
our umpires are cheats and theirs make innocent mistakes …
India and Pakistani players are corrupt because of the betting scandals there Cronje is a religious fellow who erred !
And not to mention Waugh and Warren (god knows how many of White boy club) were ‘approached and got just ‘reprimanded’ for that …

Jaysauria bat is suspicious cause he is hitting it out of the ground but if Waugh does it than it’s a marvelous batting
Gavaskar, Imran, Ranatunga are lesser of a legend than one MEDICORE SIR(MY A*) DON BRADMAN who scored his runs against one International team and in an era where even First Class level cricket did not exist …

McGrath is quite capable of saying what he is said to have said about Jayasuriya. Infact McGrath was involved in sledging even in the recent Aussie tour to India esp. against Tendulkar/Ganguly.
I would imazine Jayasuriya probably belted him for a few boundaries which would have instigated McGrath to get verbal.Its common with the Aussies.
I fully endorse Chilli’s view. These damn Australians think no end of themselves. It was sweet justice when India gave them a whipping recently. My heart sang out for the Indians. Well done Laxman, just don’t do this against Pakistan
