So this is a bit of a ‘dark’ subject, but is a problem which is very common in Pakistan…I have heard sooo many stories where people have said that black magic has been done on them/their families to create a nagative impact, i.e. ruin things…
Soooo, what are your thoughts on this subject?? Are there any experiences/stories that you guys will like to share? If so, please do post them here…
I know my family have been a target of this, and it’s sooo sad to see the impact of this, but its even more difficult when you have a very strong incline as to who it is that is doing such a crime, but unfortunately you can never face that person and have it out with them…
So guys, plz do shre your thoughts/experiences/stories…
Being the target of black magic is one of my biggest fears.
My mom's cousin's wife in Pakistan has openly admitted that her father used to perform black magic and has hinted also that she knows it to.
Alhamdulillah nothing has happend to me and my mother as my mother has always maintained good relations with her cousin's wife (and we live in Canada...so hopefully the distance keeps us safe!). My khala, however, and that lady don't get along so well and my khala suspects that she has done black magic on her family. Lot's of tragedies have happend to my cousins (khala's children) and she thinks it is because of that lady.....what is the truth....we will never know.
voodoo and dark magic are used in my country as well....many people will blame ill cattle and accidents on such power. but rarely do i see a person who uses black magic while he is doing it - i do not know how much i believe in it. In my tribal home or in the city, there are many thoughts on this.
oohh.....well that does sound dodgy as to what has happened to your khala's children........
God, there really are some sick people out there, and those who perform such things.......
I really don't understand how any1 can have the heart to do such things to any other human being - especially where children are involved.......
I'm also really paranoid about being the target of blk magic, espesh as I am getting married soon......I've heard soo many stories, and it's soo scary...
when my family frets about black magic, we are comforted by prayer. so, if you are nervous to have someone put magic on you when your wedding comes, pray diligently and live according to the right path.
Reality is that it exists and its practice is very widespread. Ive been a victim of it and so has my family for years. I dnt kny why ppl do jadoo, especially as it is an unfogivable sin.
Anyway read all ure kuls, ure namaz, and the Quran, these are the best way to protect ureself from black magic, and have faith in Allah swt.
your absolutley right....That is great advice Milagro - so thank u........
Yes, I do believe that if I start praying 5 times a day (Islamic), then Allah will protect me....Although I must admit, I dont read namaaz at the moment, but inshallah I will start, espesh with my weddign coming up, I think it'll be vital for me to do so....
Thanks for your advice Milagro & Tweety pie......
T.P - EXACTLY!! Y do ppl perform such a sin, when they know that iis such an unforgiveable sin to perform!! And from my side, the ppl who are doing it portray themselves as such strong muslims - they have done Hajj also and they act sooo sweet on ur face......
so often, i fear, people take to holy writings only when trouble brews. but think how happy you could be if everyday you know that you living according to the wisdom of God. in this world where so many want to harm the ones I love, all my sisters and brothers, my friends, my family...., this is how i stay strong.
Black magic does happen yes, but i honestly think some people use it as an excuse when something goes wrong in their life. Just because you fall ill, or your business isnt doing well doesnt mean you have been a victim of black magic. I think people really need to think twice about stuff like this when they turn to blame someone, 'kala jadoo' and taveezs has completely destroyed my family and i honestly dont think people should point fingers at someone, or blame them of doing such heinous acts if they do not have solid proof.
shaazy - Yes it is completely despicable to do that to another human being...that is why I've heard that in the Quran it says there is no forgiveness for someone that performs black magic. What I don't understand is how can a Muslim engage in black magic, knowing they will NEVER be forgiven? How can they do this knowing they will never get to heaven?
I beleive there are certain prayers you can say to specifically protect yourself from black magic. Inshallah, Allah will keep you/your family safe.
Aww, thank u cany apple and the same goes to u and your family.....
But yes, my thoughts exactly Candy apple and it really seriously does P me off to think that sum1 can do that to some one. It is just truely sick.......
but as they say, what goes around, comes around, and I truely do believe that bad doers get what they deserve in this life, it will always come back to them in some shape or form......
Alhumdolillah I have no experiences with black magic to share.
Black magic does exist according to teachings of Islam and we have surahs from the Quran that we can recite to help us combat black magic.
I will say that while some people in Pakistan are indeed battling a genuine infliction of black magic...........other people will blame every single little problem (sneezing, headache, infertility, refusing a rishta, stomach ache, diarrhea, poor exam grades, unemployment) on black magic. This is not healthy because it exempts the individual from any responsibility and accountability toward their own betterment or destruction. In other ways, for some....it's an easy way out.
Aren't these dua's/surats that your suppose to read, different for different situations?
I know ayatul'kursi is good and the four Quls...
yes aytul kursi and the four kul's daily is recommended. As it is the Kul's which Allah azwajal sent down when The Beloved Prophet salalalho alaihi wasalam was being cursed.
Recitation of durood shareef is also key for everyday and if one is subject to black magic then he/she should seek advice from a scholar or if you have a shaykh then you should tell them.
A very good qustion the thread started posed, which i also dwell on many a times:
''Why do people do it when they know its is unforgivable and leads to hell.''
and often its the more relgious ones that do it.
U know when ur jealous or desperate many you can think of ways to make right or balance out your actions
Maybe they think that that yes its sinful deed bt they would have done many good additonally in thier life that could make up for it.
Regardless:
The Best Protection from Black magic, nazar, jins is:
Read the 3 kuls 3 times, blow into your hand and wipe all over your body as much as you can reach.
The Prophet (pbuh) said:
This will protect you from all kinds of damage.
He used to do this every morning and evening before going to bed.
