Some leading businesses in the UK have refused to take part in the Black Friday Sales. Question is , is it unethical of businesses to carry on the tradition of much anticipated Black Friday Sales?

In my humble opinion the question is not correctly worded...
It may not make a business sense for them to carry on but being ethical or unethical is intrinsic for any tradition.
