Anyone here do any shopping?
Thursday night around 9:30 p.m. hubby and I went to Target to pick up a few items. Friday morning I went to a local outlet mall to buy some tops. Went to Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, and Tommy Hillfiger. When I was leaving around noon, that’s when I saw the “black friday” craziness!
Yesterday I ended up ordering some shoes at Macy’s.

My husband bought the boys an XBox Kinect at a “pre black friday” sale at Sam’s Club that was for business card members only it was a pretty good deal, like $249…and then on Black Friday, he found the EXACT same XBox Kinect holiday bundle package that came with 2 other games as well on the Microsoft Store website for like $200 w/free shipping! So the original one we got at Sams was boxed back up and returned and the new purchase should be arriving tomorrow 
I did some online Cyber Monday shopping for the boys…hoodies and track pants/cargo pants from Old Navy, and some other Outerwear from Children’s Place
Nothing for myself this year…our wedding anniversary is on Friday..I’ve been hinting for a certain electronics device, let’s see if my baniya picked up on the hints and surprises me

I so desperately wanted an ipad but…didn’t get it. Maybe next year 
other than that, I did my shopping that I wanted to do the day before thanksgiving…used my DSW rewards and their special 1-day only coupon to buy a pair of boots and heels…with the rewards and discounts and all that, I ended up paying less than what 1 pair of shoes cost! :balle:
Express had a 50% off everything sale so I took advantage of that. Forever 21 had some cute stuff that’s always cheap so..score!

Hints…lol…mine is clueless! I literally have to take him to the store with me and buy it using his CC. Khatti I really hope yours got the hint! 
So at Target, we bought this Farberware cooking set for $39.99. Hubby’s been wanting some new cooking items and I don’t want to spend too much $ until we buy our next house. Oh and a 20-piece Pyrex set for $18. And I bought 2 pairs of gloves for $3. Trip to outet mall was mostly full-sleeves casual tops/sweaters.
Macys: This has been an interesting experience. So 2-3 weeks ago I bought 2 pairs of shoes at a local Macy’s. Didn’t use them and help on to receipt to see if they go on sale. At that time, with coupon, I paid $89.99. Yesterday morning, Macy’s had them on sale. So I ended up ordering the 2 shoes online for $79.99. Bought a 3rd pair of gold heels for the same price.
Last night, hubby and I went to the mall to return the 2 pairs I bought from Macy’s. Desi manager asks me the reason…I told him why. Then he tells me that they have a F&F sale…25% off! He offers me the 2 shoes for $74.99! LOL…being the cheap person I can be…had him return my original $, paid the $74.99 again, and now will return the 3 pairs I got online when they arrive. 
Not only that…the gold pair…turns out in-store, they had those on sale for $69.99 (but online they’re $89.99!)…with the discount, I paid like $53.
And here is the messed up part…I checked online today and they have the 3 shoes I paid for listed for $129, $139, and the gold pair still for $89.99!!!
Lesson learned. Always double check in-store prices for the same frigging pair of shoes I see online and look for the desi manager guy at Macy’s! :halo:

^ Nah, not at Macy's if you meet all their return policies. And if he tries, by the time I'm done throwing a fit, he'll give me the shoes for free just so I'll leave the store. :@:
Honestly I think he just wanted to keep the sale. Maybe its related to the stores sales numbers. Maybe items purchased online don't count against the stores numbers even if returned to store. Not sure. I'm just happy I got to save some $$. :D

Too lazy to stand in line for black friday, but I bought 2 sweaters and 2 shirts from Macy's on cyber monday. Really good deals on clothes.. the 4 things I bought cost less than $100.

hubby camped out at best buy and spent close to $2k :/. he's gonna try to sell the stuff and make some $$$ off of it. if not, all goes back.
we did score some awesome deals tho...not necessarily BF deals..but got a Keurig for $85, $2k treadmill for less than $500 by negotiating with the store manager since it was the last one of that model and a floor model, bedsheets, drapery panels, bluetooth for the car, DKNY crystal watch and some nik sook stuff.

hubby picked up a cordless phone (vtech) at a local walmart in ohio at 1 AM in the morning for $18. sweet deal indeed! phone doesn’t sound so exciting but we were in desperate need of a new phone :halo:

I didnt get much on BF. I bought a maternity dress from Target that I ended up returning yesterday But my SIL asked me to order her a bunch of stuff from Macys on cyber Monday (she lives in Canada)…the savings were about $70 off what the normal price would have been.
