Black Eyeliner Pencil

Hey girls

I’m looking for a black eyeliner pencil that’s good on the waterline. I’m thinking of buying from the high street, Boots etc so what products/brands would you strongly recommend?

I am really liking the bourjois eye kohl pencil (no the waterproof one) I use it to line the upper/lower water line for smokey eye makeup, it's pretty good!!!

I love the Givenchy kohl eye pencil. It's great for the waterline and super dark, and does not budge for hours.

Body Shop has one, since they use environmental friendly ingredients it shud be good. I have it, it is fine just not a very strong black color as is bit chalky :bummer:.

You have to try makeup forevers aqua eyeliners....its waterproof and literally stays on all day, doesnt budge at all...they use these eyeliners for watersports teams
