Jab k insaan bhi shaitan ki had tak gir sakta hai…to why dwell over the kala kutta? At least you can see a black dog with your eyes, you can’t see a black heart.

I don’t know whether dogs represent Shaitan or not but i have two "SAHI HADEES " for you …

**It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah (MABPWH) that the Prophet PBUH said: “Whoever keeps a dog, except a dog for herding, hunting or farming, one qiraat will be deducted from his reward each day.” Muslim, 1575. Bukhari, 5163.

** In addition to this, the Prophet PBUH said : The angels do not enter a house in which there is a dog or an image. (Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 3322; Muslim, 2106.)

*Book 4, Number 1032:

  • Abu Dharr reported: The Messenger of 'Allah (may peace be upon him) said: When any one of you stands for prayer and there is a thing before him equal to the back of the saddle that covers him and in case there is not before him (a thing) equal to the back of the saddle, his prayer would be cut off by (passing of an) ass, woman, and black Dog.I said: O Abu Dharr, what feature is there in a black dog which distinguish it from the red dog and the yellow dog? He said: O, son of my brother,**I asked the Messenger of Allah(may peace be upon him) as you are asking me, and he said: The black dog is a devil. **

I think some are not all

Pure dark black ones

Can sense the aura from them and they tend to bark when approach by humans

Dogs are mention in Quran

Referring them to be loyal

Anyway dogs and shaitan are all His creatures. Why Shaitan refused to bow to Adam - was he omnipotent too?
