It's unfair to put the blame of mard-e-momin shaheed. He wanted us to become good muslims and live observing Al-Sunnah- exact reasons why Pakistan was created in the first place. Hazrat Muhammed sallah allah alieh wa salam and his sahabas were condemned when they fought Kuffar and brought light to the Arab tribes. Shaheed Zia wanted to propagate his teachings and so did our founder, Quaid-e-Azam. We should be following prophet(saw)'s lifestyle and teachings and try to become simple. These days when I found women without burqah and guys without beard in Pak, I feel disgusted. We should not try to become modern, but be good muslims.
so did Shaheed Zia follow the sunnat of long beard? were his pants/trouser/shalwar above ankle? I don't think that was true, so what sunnah was he following himself? Please, go and post in jokes section, thanks.
