In remembrance of 5th July 1977 when legally elected PM of Pakistan was deposed and ultimately killed on 4th April 1979. Pakistan never recovered after this tragedy.

1- Neither Yahya Khan, Nor Ayub Kahn. Both were not Punjabis.
2- It was Bhutto who threatened his Party members to not attend National Assembly which was called by Yahya Khan.
Yahya had to postpone the assembly meeting.
3- Bhutto should have conceded graciously and agreed to be Vice PM. But he refused. Yahya wanted Nurul Amin as Prime Minister. But he was from East Pakistan. Bhutto did not agree.
