moisturize heavily for couple of nights… ka matlab yeh hai kay…take slab of cream..yani ur moisturizer and place it on the dark area. this will compensate for the moisture imbalance in ur skin. feel free to bounce back if you need help:blush:

Re: Black circles under eyes

Some causes of circles under the eyes:

  • too much salt in your diet
  • lack of water in take
  • not enough sleep

Last year, the circles under my eyes were much worse than they are right now. I tried Clinique’s special eye cream, which did not work. I tried putting tea bags on my eyes, which also did not work. What did work for me? Getting proper sleep. I changed my sleeping habits and it has made a world of difference. I also drink more water than I used to, but for me, the sleeping habit was the main factor.

Re: Black circles under eyes

^^ yes sleeping habits is the key here. If you don't get enough sleep you are sure to develop under eye circles. You can notice even notice this after not getting enough sleep for one night.

Re: Black circles under eyes

Thanks everyone for sharing your recipes with me. My circles are most probably due to my ever changing sleeping routine. I know why I havent been able to sleep well for the last few months. No matter how long I had been up I still couldnt get more than 4 hrs of continuous sleep. I would get up between 2-3 am and just couldnt sleep and stay awake till 7 am and would then fall asleep. It still happens to me. Sleeping at 7 am and getting up again at 9am to go to class made me feel tired, broken.... basically I took and still take 'naps' rather than a good nights sleep. :)
