Am not surprised by your response .... "indicating" "alleged" "suspect" ... these words are used for people whose involvement is suspected in some acts. Then they are caught, tried in a court of law and proven guilty. So for that to happen .... first step is to arrest them based on the evidence ... which in this case has been shown.
Perhaps for you it works the other way. hold someone responsible for a crime ... and then kill him ..... this does not happen in civlized world :D

I am not ignoring any resolution of UN .... in any case the UN resolutions for J&K are for both Pakistani and Indian kashmir .... though this might be news for you. Please look up the UN resolution and tell where it has said that India is the one not complying with UN resolutions !!!!!
