‘Showdown in Gujarat: Polls apart’
New Delhi, November 16: As the BJP and the Congress head for a showdown in Gujarat, opinion polls are setting the pace. While the India Today-Aaj Tak ORG-MARG gives the BJP a landslide 120-130 seats in a House of 182, a poll conducted by New Delhi’s Research and Development Initiative (RDI) for the Congress late October has kept its hopes alive: 95 seats as against 84 for the BJP.
