i had a bad fever for 3 days and have that bitter taste in my mouth…whatever i eat is bitter to and my tongue’s so dry like it’s burned and i can’t taste anything…
…how to get rid of the bitterness and dryness..

It's probably cause you are sick. Once your fever comes down, you will mostlikely be able to 'taste' again. Are you taking any medicine?
I know that whenever I'm sick, I have this advil like flavour in my mouth .... eventhough I may not have taken any advil. It's just a side effect from the meds that goes away after about a week.
