Easy way is to cook the regular salan type thing (not too much liquid) but add kewra pani, saffron, lemon juice, cumin seeds, black elaichi, green elaichi.

At the end, mix chopped green chillies, green coriander, garlic and ginger paste, garam masala with yogurt and add it in there. Layer the salan with rice, sprinkling fried onions and fried tomato slices in between. Then dum or bake in oven.

Yah i think i let it stay for a few minutesand thenmixed it afterwards..

yahi toh masla, i makesomething and then i dont remember how i made it.:(
