They have so much chawwal and such little meat, I use a lot more meat. I love Pilau but my wife doesn’t want me to cook it, she says it is very fatty. I was craving today so I cooked chicken Yakni pilau this morning.

PS you are right about the basement it is my man cave It is a walkout on the river though with a separate kitchen, exercise room, 70 inch Tv and built in speakers and fireplace and a separate bbq. Now go and lose some more sleep.
