Re: birthdays - janam din
u make sense in what you said about principles.
unfortunately, some people who are given all the ability to get to know the principles and the person, who upholds them, gets brutally caught in the confusion of out wardhardness and miss the point of that.
even though, that person's principles are understood really well.
consistency is not the most easy things to have.
irritation and friction comes in to add agony to a tight situation
and people do not stand up to the calling of a tough time.
so what you said, about making resloutions, must come with a clear conscience.
and the change can be brought on any moment, as long as people remember the good ness and the comfort of achieving some aim, in a timely manner.
everything is life, comes with a risk
from choosing a living space to making a family and or doing social good through one's work.
keeping things simple: directly visible, hearable, in a good sensable way can clear up a lot in a faltering and damaging anything - a life or a relationship, with someone who knew nothing better to come and then leave.
coming closer to positive things in life, is also one good way to make the best of one's passing years.
it coould be one's resolve to mend one's link with the Maker and its other creatures.
the good and the bad of the life, and the life experiences, must lead to something good and that good must come in its due time.
rest is up to Almighty as to what is in store for any one of us.
may it be only good and may we all learn from our hasty and faulty mistakes.
may we begin to recognize what we lose, and we could save, and how we can save it.
amen.
