Hello guppies.
My husband’s birthday is coming up inshallah in June. I dont know what to get him and he said to get him something that can be both enjoyed by him and his darling son. He suggested baby’s bike seat. That is a good idea but do you guys have any others?
This is the first pota in the family amongst 6 nieces and he is very special esp to his daddy!!! Alhumdullilah.
Oh and fathers day is around the corner too in june in the UK. What can i get him from our son…since i gave birth - i cant think properly so your help would be great!

hmmm....I once gave 2 tickets to a nascar race for dad and son. They had the time of their lives! but i think your little one is a bit young for car races or ball games? Do you have a kiddie park nearby, like a sesame place or maybe a zoo? Or perhaps a tent and some camping equipment. Some of our happiest memories are of camping with the boys.
The bike seat is actually a very nice idea too.
have you had a family portraits done recently. i would definately suggest that.. they are so memorable and you truly enjoy when you look back. To preserve the first father's day memory I would suggest having their photoshoot done where he can express his love and keep memory of it.

Get him a real tool box and your kid a toy tool station. They both will work together on little projects....
My wife did that on my last bd and my 7 years old loved it. Now he work on every project that I am working on with his tools :)

How about a photoshoot for both of them? Or a trip somewhere (even if it's a day trip) that's child friendly?
Something personalised perhaps? Or a father and son set of the same thing depending on what hobbies your husband has that he may wish to teach your son about i.e matching cricket bats with their names printed on them, you can get baby sized bats and you could get your husband the adult size.

how old is your son?... rollerblades for both of them
... or enroll them to swimming lesson or other parent and toddler/kid activity classes....

Nice ideas but my son is only 7.5 months old. Maybe a photosession for us three for fathers day would be good idea and bike seat for the birthday i guess?

Thank you again for everyone's suggestions but I subtly asked hubby if he wanted a remote control helicopter and he said no! Hmmmm....back to square one!

Keep in mind, this is you husband's birthday not father's day. So you definitely what to get him something that he likes and makes him feel special. THAN figure out a way to incorparate your son in it.
Tickets to a game sounds like a good idea.
Maybe some matching father and son clothes.
A video game/game console.
Sports equipment/matching sportswears
Electronics
However, in the end no one here can tell you what he wants. I have run into a lot of trouble when following online advice on presents. You know your husband the best, and will definitely come up with what will make him feel really special on his special day!!
