You can do a search on this topic, its been asked before and Im sure you will find plenty of very helpful suggestions.

You can gift him a wallet, a briefcase, a moneyclip, an iPod, cologne, jacket, shaving set, cuff links, spa gift certificate for a massage, etc. There are so many options. :)
