I am sorry khawateen its not an European thing, here if water breaks, call the ambulance ASAP, leave whatever you are doing and let them carry you in the strecher to the hospital, you are not allowed to come in your own car as then you are sitting and not lying down, then you are monitored throughout and the they donot send you back home to come later. My sis called the ambulance twice while water broke and she gave natural birth within 4-5 hours after that.
