I walked every single day from 7 months onwards.. I love walking in parks.. or just shopping.. so did it every single day.. but my little one decided to come when he wanted to.. 10 days after my due date.. and that only when i got induced.. so i don’t believe in walking anymore.. but I guess its different for everyone.. for one walking does the job and for another hot milk with olive oil does the job…

Trust me when you get over your due date you’d try anything to go into labour.. the tips people gave me.. pfff.. but alhamdulillah.. I would do it all over again if i had to..

How long would you walk for daily e.g 30 mins walk etc? Also how long was your labour and what was your experience like?

I’m pregnant and have just a few weeks to go. Suffering from SPD but trying to walk as much as I can because elders are saying it will help in labour.
