LFP- I don’t know if this helped me or not but i kept active throughout my pregnancies i used to go for a 30 min walk each day. It helped me not to put on any excess weight and also helped me to stay active. Throughout both of my pregnancies i also took prenatal vitamins till the day i gave birth. I took one a day with my main meal. I believe this helped me alot . Inshalah your pregnancy will be as smooth as possible

i think the daily walk is probably what made the difference did you start from day 1 of pregnancy till the end (i.e. till the birth)?
