Birth control

assalamoalikum :jhanda:

i believe that we humans should use the biggest law in the game availabe to us, the law of common sense. i have seen villagers who live under very poor conditions, who don’t even earn enough to feed and cloth themselves, yet they have a big kataar of kids, and frankly it sickens me to think that parents are willing to jepordise the lives of kids when knowing they can’t afford them and can’t keep them happy.

what we need to do is, like a proper couple talk before making rash decisions which we may regret later on in our life.

its natural and allah’s nizaam that not everyone lives under privilaged circumstances so consider your circumstances, make the rite decision for ur self and forget about what the rishtedar or villagers will say (oh they have been married for so long , ik ve nee oooya) u know this TP style bull**** is common so ignore it and make the best decison based on your initial thoughts and actions.

thank you

Problem

Like anyother medicne this also is not guaranteed to be safe. after making millions of dollars, and 5 to 10 years later they will come on TV and say people are sufferring from this problem and that problem. for every new product these people find problems for old product and tell you to try this it is proven to work.
Birth Control is one of the worst thing you want to do to your body. God did not make birth control pills. if you take them it might work or might not and if it does work it will creat problem for the future. when you really want to have a child. you may not believe me but this is true you have more chances of birth defects later when you want to have a child. premature birth or some other problems with the child. so my advice is don't take any birth Control pills or patches.

Does it matter if you take birth control pills even if you are not sexually active??? For other benefits. What are the side effects if any?

Good question, you'd be surprised by the answer.

22% girls that aren't sexually active take estrogen pills also known as birth control pills for many different reasons. Some take it for hormonal imbalances so they can prevent facial hair or acne or even irregular menstral cycle. Some just take to make their skin look nice, glowy and shiny blah blah. Some women take it, if they got PCO (Polycyctic ovaries) and so on. As for the sideffects I dont know much about them because I think they aren't any but there is a myth that older women like prolly your mom and other aunties say that "dont use pills they might cause infertility". Ladies this is only a myth not a fact my sister is a Gynaecologist and she approves of pills. And so do the other gyni doctors.

forget medicine the couple should use their mind's to think if its necessary and if its rite or wrong

haan birth controls haraam, but back biting, fraud, bankruptcies, hypocricy, self centredness, conceifulness, pride, arrogance, and every other gunnah muslims today are well known for are not right?

I think once we deal with the fundamental gunnas we should then try highlighting other issues.

is'nt birth control haraam in Islam...

No confused is that Faizybhai  :topic:

Patta nahin, not thought bout it yet

Take a class on rythm method for natural ways of birth control.

I think using condoms is better than making a woman take pill or othewise for birth control. I believe the number of children should be discussed seriously between wife and husband, on how well they can bring up & support the children.

I think condoms safer too, because bcp's can affect a womens health.

But if your against both..a natural rythm method class would be advised.

what is natural rythm ?

Take a class at the local catholic church on rythm method. Learn about each other bodies, sexual vitality and potency.

And learn when your rythm is up or down... lol.

This method is for married people.

I am not married but i am curious to know about this rythm method

well

The rythem method is to abstain from coitus in particular days of menstrual cycle. The ovum is released from the ovary on 14 day of the cycle(the first day of cycle is the first day of the bleeding), it will be viaable for the next 3-4 days. So the way to prevent pragnancy is to abstain from coitus from day 10-18 of your cycle ( this time will start from day 1 because the sperms are also viable for 2-3 days). But this method will only work if your cycles are regular and you are very sure of dates.

But still this is not very good contraception method, due to high failure rate and some psychological and social implications.
