I believe that many organizations give out free condoms to adults who otherwise cannot afford them. The help should stop right there. Unprotected sex without the intention of conceiving is an act whose responsibility should be upon the participants and they should be burdened by the consequences, not you and me.

this is fair. however, the amreeki system already pools together taxpayer money to help those who have lead irresponsible lives, eaten their way into metabolic syndrome etc. why start this idea of accountability on something like birth control which will affect babies etc., and not say.. diabetics or atherosclerotic people who are covered by welfare plans like medicare and medicaid?
