Birth control

This is the first time I am opening such an open thread & that too because I am looking for serious mature advises. My wedding is at the start of next year & we are considering all different options. I am unsure of it all right now:

Pills: Not even an option I am considering. I have heard of so many women who ended up with serious conceiving problems due to intake of BC pills
Condoms: Safer option but don’t know how successful they are or not.

What other possibilities are there? I dont plan to conceive for the initial time say 8-12 months but at the same time there are so many cases having difficulty conceiving for years that it worries me whether it should all be kept natural or what.

Re: Birth control

If you don't want to take hormonal birth control but definitely don't want to get pregnant, then condoms are your best bet.

If you're willing to take the risk of getting pregnant, then two options are either pulling out OR track your ovulation days and avoid having sex on the days that you ovulate.
