i remember when i went to the nurse with my mom....and was talking to the nurse about these pills....she said they are contraception pills really....but people use them as a way to skip periods

^ i know how they work....but contraception pills can be used to stop periods for a certain amount of time....i.e. when people go on hajj/umrah

Well, have to… medicine have side effects, even good old asprine does! So what do you think a drug as complex as birth control would not?

Umm i think, in case of a wedding or going to hajj..those are hte only acceptable reasons to skip a period, other than that its just kinda bad :halo:

guys ALWAYS have complains. the thinking probably goes like ok, i’m married. she’s my wife. so who cares if she’s going to have my baby. who cares about financial planning and making sure we have something to feed and clothe the baby with 
moral of story…not really likely that they are going to use a condom. therefore, go on the pill. unless you really do wanna get preggos every 9 months.

There are other means of birth control beyond pills and condoms.

not all husbands are like that…I know women whos husbands use condoms…its one of the most popular forms of contraception. and not every husband is the “i dont give a crap” type 
like i said, some would be happy to use the condom…cuz they care about their wife and her health

most of them are related to the pill somehow....i mean they have similar affects in the body...
others are unreliable....such as withdrawal and the "avoiding when most likely to get pregnant" ones.
