Abstain from cuddling starting from the 11th day counting from the start of the period till the 16th day or the 17th day.

I don’t know that desi couples have different birth control methods than other couples. Other than pills, shots, patches, and inserts, there’s withdrawal and the rhythm method, neither of which are reliable.

Use rubber bands instead very tight ones.

I said that on top of my lungs in one of my classes. we were all filing out the evaluation forms for one of our professors, when I asked class fellows around to give me the eraser we have been provided with. When people on the other end couldn’t hear me, frustrated I raised my voice and asked for a rubber… hum ko kia pata tha bhala

In pakistan back in the days, when boys(very few) manage to get girl friends(full service).
Those boys never used condoms, instead they rely on their timing.
Try it.
I hope you don't get another triplet because of bad timing.
