Birth Certificate needed for Green Card Filing - DOB Mismatch

Re: Birth Certificate needed for Green Card Filing - DOB Mismatch

I think I mentioned that in my earlier post :)

Re: Birth Certificate needed for Green Card Filing - DOB Mismatch

You did indeed , I just wanted to emphasize it for her sake as sometimes immigration attorneys are also very ignorant.

Re: Birth Certificate needed for Green Card Filing - DOB Mismatch

my parents are going to look into this and see if we can get a corrected birth certificate but i would assume that can only be issued from the hospital i was born in and they might have a record of me [my actual DOB]. so not sure if they will be okay with putting down the DOB from my National ID on the new birth certificate or not *. other problem is that my parents live in pindi soo they will have to find somebody in lahore to do this.

i don't think if the law firm would have any suggestions on how to get a birth certificate from pak. if i can get a corrected birth certificate i will inform the law firm that the hospital in their record had me a yr older but they generated the new birth certificate based on my national id.*

update: i was able to obtain the following document:

"Naqal Mutabiq Asal Register Paidish 1991" It was issued in Urdu by Lahore Metropolitan Corporation.

It is suppose to be a copy from the "Birth Register"....

The law firm hasn't objected on this document.

soni27, thx for your input. sounds like you read the thread when you were high. read it again when you are sober or when you are old enough to comprehend whats being stated here.

its kinda a similar concept as ladies stuck at 25 and 29 age :)

y shouldnt we ask u? ur asking help 4rom us so y should we not ask u y ur dob on ur birth certificate is not the same as in ur other documetns nd records?
what was/ is the advantage 2 doing such a fraudulent act that prompted ur parents 2 do so?

r u a baby?.. that u dont wanna ask ur parents y or is it that u really know but ur bsng on here.

Re: Birth Certificate needed for Green Card Filing - DOB Mismatch

You won't be able to get a no entry record since you have a birth certificate on file. I was born at home and I didn't even have a birth certificate when I filed for my GC. I got a no entry record and affidavits from both parents. I think your only option is to get a corrected version.

Give him a break. It wasn't his fault. His parents probbaly want him admitted to an elementary school earlier than allowed.

:hehe: now you are going to randomly pick at what i said earlier. i think there should be a training for newbies on how to post on threads.

to answer your questions:

“y shouldnt we ask u?”
because that is not the purpose of the thread and it does not help in what is being asked in this thread. besides, this was a ‘comment I’ made.

“ur asking help 4rom us so y should we not ask u y ur dob on ur birth certificate is not the same as in ur other documetns nd records?”
read my initial post again and try to understand what i was asking. how is knowing that going to help ? so lets assume that the reason for this was so i can stay younger. now that you know ‘why’, do you have something helpful to add ? also, did you not realize that this issue has already been taken care of in which case how was your initial post being helpful (or any of your posts) ?

“what was/ is the advantage 2 doing such a fraudulent act that prompted ur parents 2 do so?”
i am sure there are many advantages of this fradulent act which is committed by parents in pakistan. as mentioned earlier this is not the purpose of the thread so open a new one if you want to discuss this.

“r u a baby?..”
yes..a very sexy one. :lb: :smooth:

also, in my previous post to your reply i think i should have been more clear. from your first post, can you explain to me how putting oneself younger on any document would facilitate in getting immigration to 1st world countries ? i am sure not only a lot of pakistanis but ppl from other third world countries would like to hear a solution as simple as this one.
