I tried Biotin and felt it did nothing for me. Plus I read it stops working as soon as you stop with the pills. I take B5 (panthothen) - Works really well. Within short time I could see the re-growth of tiny hair and now I just take it every now and then. No hairloss problem atm.

If you stop taking any supplements the effects are bound to wear off.. That doesn’t apply just to Biotin and I’d be shocked if there’s ANYTHING out there in the form of a pill which gives permanent results, not without a prescription anyway..
