Hi,
I have used biotin as recommended by a hair stylist as well as the pharmacist. For me it did not seem to make a huge difference, so I have stopped taking it. I am young and I have been having really bad hair fall as well.. it so bad that its becoming embarassing for me now. I dont know if it is because of stress or some other issue. However, a hair stylist as well as a pharmacist recommended centrum. I dont know if you have heard of it or not but it is a multivitamin which also contains biotin.

Alot of women have this problem after giving birth, especially if you are breastfeeding, it happened to me too.
Dont worry, all the hair does comes back, it is annoying in the begining to have so many baby hair sticking out.
if you are still breastfeeding I would recommend you to continue taking your pregnancy vitamens, they do help and have a healthy diet.
Dont worry, it takes time, but it will come back.
