Biotin tablets in Pakistan?

Hi,

I am male and I want to know where I can find biotin tablets in Pakistan. Biotin tablet 5000mcg or 10000 mcg.

It’s appear that only these tablet helped people all over the internet.

I got one bottle today in which all vitamins are there but the quantity is very low for example

Biotin is 0.15mg

So can any one let me know where I can buy it. I am from karachi.

You dont need that high dose. Just get a 1000mcg and take 2tablets max that would be 2000mcg...you should take vitamin c around 1500mg aswell to help absorb other vitamins
