biotin shampoo for hair thinning or losing

Hello every one,
for those losing hair, or have thin hair due to POCS, has anyone tried Biotin Shampoo. I saw today at Price line and want to know if anyone tried it?. Whats the result?
I did some research and found two popular Biotin shampoos and reviews are great. they are Mill Creek Biotin Shampoo and avalon shampoo biotin b complex.
let me know if anyone wants to try or have tried these shampoo’s.

I'm using one,it's been a month but I didn't see any difference,everyone is different u can try it might help for your hairs.

Don't waste your money, shampoos don't work...take pills instead.

I have heard a lot of people who have PCOS take sea kelp pills and a lot of them say it helps hair grow faster and all...you get them without prescription and all but still you need to take someones advice...

I was advised to take sea kelp from a nutritionist, so far i have been taking them for nearly 2 months, my hair fall has decreased but i cant honestly say its because of the tablets cause i had a huge issue with my iron levels too, and at last that seems to be improving...so not sure
