Secretary finance responsible for Railways crisis: Bilour

Islamabad: Pakistan Minister for Railways Haji Ghulam Ahmad Bilour on Thursday demanded 400 new locomotives and offered himself for any punishment if he failed to overcome to ongoing crisis in the organization.

While speaking during the meeting of the National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Railways, Bilour hold Waqar Masood khan, the Secretary Finance, responsible for the whole railway crisis. He said that Khan had not provided the funds approved by the cabinet.

“I have protested and threatened to resign as minister against non-provision of funds but I was not provided fund,” he added.

He told the committee that India has 8300 locomotives while Pakistan has only 127 engines, adding that India had not made motorway but improved its railways.

How cute. The minister is not being allowed to resign and he is continuing in his office in the best interest of the nation. He is never tired of citing Indian Railway’s 8300 locomotives against Pakisan’s 127. I hope he knows that Indian Railways network is around 115,000km against Pakistan’s 8,000km.

Now after completely destroying the organization, he is holding secretary finance responsible for the collapse of Railways while he remains the most competent railway minister ever. Bravo :clap:

The other day he was justifying his pathetic performance by saying that even in Afghanistan and Sudan there are no railways.

Give this guy a break. He is honest and hard working. He is trying his best to bring Pakistan to the same high level of Afghanistan and Sudan.

Yep, secretary finance is responsible for failure, very likely he is not releasing money for undeclared projects.

I thought Chief Justice of Pakistan, backed by establishment was responsible for crises in Railways.

dont they just love this blame game??? :mad: this incompetent guy has ruined Pakistan Railways.

and why is he roaming around freely, isnt he suppose to be in jail, last I checked, there were charges against him for his karnaame.
