The story is that due to PPPs policies of reconciliation and refusal to play the role of an opposition party many people have moved towards other parties mainly Pti. He is appealing them to come back. When PPP made an alliance with PMLQ in 2008 and now tacit support to PMLN they have left their ideological (leftist) base in any case. People won't come back through his appeals.
But them govt. Jobs might help.

he should apologize to those party loyalists whom his mother and father ne doodh kii makkhii kii taraH nikaal diyaa. he should get rid of those guys who have brought shame to PPP ... like of his father [Zardari], Rehman Malik, Ai'tazaaz Ahsan, Gilani, Raja Parvez Ashraf etc.
meraa Khoon Khaul jaataa hai jab 7-80 saal kaa buDDha PPP member praises Bilawal and portrays him as the 'daanishwar' and a born leader etc. he is just a kid who doesn't speak the language, who didn't live in Pakistan, who doesn't know the country's culture and who doesn't doesn't have political experience/expertise to lead the country.

Nothing new. You can rob people by many different ways such as by
1) fooling them
2) threatening them
3) apologizing to them
He is clever to use 3rd way. In personal matters, I never feel more sympathetic to a person more than when he say sorry. I forget and forgive everything in an instant. Will this work on Pakistani awam now, is a thing to see.

It was very difficult but Mamoon Imran made it easy for him
His public apologies, or anything he says has no weight in front of the people who are not PPP, or no longer PPP. Even then, if he wants to apologize, he should do it at a personal level rather than acting as a humble leader in front of public.

Whatever they (politicians) say/do in public is always for political gain. He is warming people up for PPP's upcoming jalsa in Karachi on 18th Oct. He is perhaps first trying to make sure his base (PPP workers) are secured before appealing to outer public

kahan bhutto aur kahan aaj ki PPP. hansi aati hai PPP kay leaders ko dekh kar jo jis dhitaai se incompetence aur corruption ko defend karte hain. aur rona aata hai inkay ghareeb haari aur kisaan ko dekh kar, jo 5 saal gaaliyaan de kar, khud sozi karta hai aur phir election waalay din teer ka nishaan dekh kar Bhutto aur Benazir ko dekh kar jazbaati hojaata hai.
If you have been to Interior Sindh aur Southern Punjab you would know what I mean.

That is okay Pasha sahib, but please talk about credentials. 
Barian lagee huwee hain, tau phir aglee bari Bilawal ki hi haiy, unless something changes. But please tell me what experience and credentials does he have other than being the son of a Bhutto.
If it was any other good, experienced person from PPP, then I’d understand.

I agree with you , But last few months he is looking some politically smart , We Pakistanis are kept away from democracy and conspiracies are still on . Family politics of Shareefs is finished and their party will become PML Q soon but if they should be removed by conspiracy , they will get a new life . A collation of PPP and PTI is not out of question after next elections .
