So the last time I had bihari kabob was like years ago.. but I remember they served it with onions and a tomatoes chutney/salan type thingy. But I want to know how they are traditionally served what that chutney/ salan is called.. how I can get the recipe?

BTW plenty of recipes for bihari kabob by googling but nothing about what to serve it with..

umm what are you talking about? I had Bihari kebab today, scrumptious by the way, but they had no chutney/salan type thingy with them.

Traditionally they eat with delicious behari poories and mint/tamarind chuttni

rizla i think the OP meant chutney not salan. must b mint or imli chutney
