Yes that's him in the pic, infact that is his trademark pic. I actually think Altaf looks worse. Altaf is a paindoo and looks a lafanga like Zardari. Zia was n't exactly good looking but he could atleast hold his own in front of the media

Hain Ji...US counted most??? For what? Saudis matched them dollar for dollar, coupled with Pakistani personnel, training, Planning, Volunteers from all over the Muslim world, Pakistanis being the most numerous in this area as well...Coupled with all the refugee burden and etc. Pakistan easily contributed the most to this war and off course the mujahideen...

US were too busy championing the Contras and Charlie Wilson with a few other Mujahideen supporters had to fight tooth and nail to get some left overs...
