Now imagine this: The guy behind the counter is confused and doesn’t ask CM for clarification because he has his gaze averted. So, he goes to another sales rep for help…who also doesn’t get it…and they go find another…who thinks CM wants directions to Victoria’s Secret. The three sales reps go find the manager. And before you know it there’s a crowd gathered around CM…but it’s all good…we know he’s an attention whore. 
Or it could play out much much simpler than that. The guy behind the counter is the kind who reads the title LOUD and CLEAR for everyone to hear.
